Non Return & Refund Policy

At My Skin City, we are committed to providing only authentic, high-quality skincare products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

A. Returns And Exchanges:
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a product has been sold, except in cases where an item is damaged at the point of delivery or a parcel is confirmed lost in transit.

B. Damaged Items at Delivery:
We strongly advise customers to carefully inspect their package upon delivery. If any item appears damaged, broken or compromised, please do not accept the delivery.
In such cases, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email so we can address the issue promptly.

C. Lost Parcels
In the event that your parcel is lost during transit, you will be notified immediately once we become aware of the situation. We will take swift steps to locate and resolve the issue.
If, after two working days from the date of notification, the parcel cannot be found, a full refund will be processed and paid into your bank account or a new order will be sent to you.
